Usually, when people think of a field-service business, it’s a landscaper, home and office cleaning team, the IT guy who comes to your office, an electrician, roofer, etc. – But Santa Claus also manages one.
In 2013, on my 80th birthday (do the math),I made a life-changing decision that resulted in my becoming a professional Santa Claus. You may have seen me on the Jimmy Fallon Holiday Special now running on Peacock or co-hosting Nick Canon's Wild n' Out or one of many television and online commercials I’ve done since.
When I started out as just one Santa, working alone and managing my own bookings, a Google Drive spreadsheet and a calendar worked well enough.
This past season (2024) I managed bookings for more than 30 Real Beard Santas at many dozens of locations, serving events for about 150 clients.
